To ensure you receive your order safely we require a signature on delivery.
We will always try our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but these they are not guaranteed. Once your order has left our warehouse we have no control over the delivery times. During special sale events and the Christmas period additional delays may be experienced.
Once you complete your order, you will receive regular updates via email when your order status changes, and upon dispatch.

If you already have an online account at www.holatoys.com.au and are logged in, your delivery cost will be presented upon adding items to your cart.
If you haven’t registered for an account, you can calculate an estimated delivery cost from your cart, by providing your delivery postcode in the pop-up window.
Alternatively, first time shoppers can create an online account prior to shopping, and provide your delivery address to allow an accurate delivery fee to be calculated.
